Recent quilt finishes

Miriam’s ‘Ellenbank’ quilt, designed by Treehouse Textiles
E
Miriam lives red, and likes it combined with blue and white

Red plaid backing and binding - and hand quilting.

Julie made this quilt for a friend who lives in a cool climate,

A cold house in the central west prompted Susan to design
and make an open fire quilt to give a sense of warmth. The flames
and coals are foundation pieced in fiery colours and shapes
inside the suggestion of a fireplace. Original and clever!

The fourth in Val’s series of small Kawandi quilts.

Roslyn blames Val for her sidetrack into making a Kawandi
quilt from her blue scraps, some of them very old.
But she did enjoy the process, so could there be more?

Julie’s placemats and coasters, made from Indigenous
print fabric, properly licensed by the artists/designers.
