Show and tell

We are still catching up with quilts made during the pandemic, as members feel comfortable returning to face-to-face meetings - show and tell is full of surprises!

Robyn whipped her new table runner off the dining
table on her way out the door for a recent Monday meeting.

Helen made her fussy-cut hexagons during an Instagram
sew-along in 2019, and assembled her quilt top loosely following
Margaret Sampson George's 'Little Miss April' pattern.

Occasional un-pieced large hexagons highlight some prints.

The fussy-cut blocks were made to a variety of themes.

Robyn's youngest grandson is about to turn two -
he will be delighted with his trucks quilt.

The wheels are appliqued.

Robyn found a van print for the backing.
Louise made a vibrant, gorgeous version of Miriam's 'Little
Women' design during the time we unable to meet.

Nerida usually has ay least one slow stitching
project in progress ...

... like her recent finish, 'Nickles and Dimes'
designed by @everyday_quilting ...

... hand pieced and hand quilted with a wonderful collection
of scrappy fabric, and carefully finished with bias binding
around all those curves.
