Community quilts in progress

The community collection grows in numerous ways - donated blocks, donated completed tops, completed quilts, and those we make specifically for the collection from the community stash or our own fabrics. We appreciate all of them.

A beautifully appliqued quilt top donated by a friend of Val

Val used a stash of 1930’s reproduction prints stitched into
nine patches and snowballs as a pandemic stitching project.

Dawn stitched up some donated nine patches with
spotted sashing and cornerstones, quilted by Laura.

Hilary’s scrappy ‘Little Women’, quilted by Laura.

Crooked Courthouse Steps mark II, made with blocks
 from Julie and Jill

Elaine W is powering through some new blocks at
our monthly sewing day.

Nerida learned to make her improv tree blocks from Hilary,
and seems to have found some more green scraps after her
recent very large green log cabin blocks, and a wonderful collection of backgrounds.
