Miriam recently passed on the link to the Chintz exhibition coming up at the Fashion and Textile Museum in London. Of course this led to further online exploration of this delightful and very interesting institution - so much of interest to anyone interested in textiles, how they are made, how they have been used in fashion (look back at posts about past exhibitions for glimpses into your own fashion past!), and in these pandemic times, several options for exploring exhibitions and talks online.
The Fashion and Textile Museum in London has scheduled the exhibition 'Chintz - Cotton in Bloom' from March - August 2021. This link features some highlights of the exhibition. Textile lovers should enjoy it.
