Quilt finishes

Helen has used her floral scrap hexagons to make
a gorgeous wide border for the individual flowers
resting on background hexagons of a neutral spotted print.

The backing is an Indian wide cotton, from Tambourine to Tilba.

Helen made the quilt for her own use, but Maggie, a new
rescue kitten seems to have taken ownership.

Lee’s table runner features alternating snowball
 and churn dash blocks.

The snowball blocks showcase a collection of bird prints.

A snuggly black, white and grey baby quilt, pieced and
quilted by Laura for a newborn great-nephew,
with a soft minky backing.

Val is working her way through her stash. She has used all
Aboriginal prints in her latest quilt, beautifully paired
with a range of solid colours.

A fabulous border of a print designed by the late renowned
indigenous artist Jimmy Pike brings it all together.
The black and white prints are also Jimmy Pike designs.
